Problem :

Mokkes Barbershop needed a strong and recognizable visual identity to reflect its premium positioning in Stockholm.

The existing visual presence lacked consistency, and the logo did not communicate the craftsmanship, professionalism, and classic barbershop feel that the brand represents.

Solution :

I developed a refined logo concept combining classic typography with a symbolic scissor element, creating a strong visual connection to the barbershop craft.

The identity was designed using a dark color palette with gold accents to communicate quality, exclusivity, and trust.

I also created supporting materials such as business cards and applied the logo in a real-world storefront mockup to ensure consistency across touchpoints.

Challenge :

One of the main challenges was balancing a modern look with a traditional barbershop aesthetic.

The design needed to feel premium without becoming overly complex, while still being practical for real-world applications such as window decals and print materials.

Summary :

The final result is a clean and elegant brand identity that strengthens the barbershop’s visual presence and communicates professionalism and quality.

The project demonstrates my ability to translate brand values into a cohesive visual system across both digital and physical applications.
